Calming Anxiety Vest

Steady, even pressure around the chest, like a firm hug. Put it on before the storm, the fireworks or the car ride starts, and take it off after.

• Fit: adjustable straps. Snug enough to feel, loose enough for two fingers underneath.
• First time: practise on a calm afternoon, so the vest means comfort, not thunder.
• Wear: through the event, then off. Not for all day.
• Care: hand wash cool, air dry flat. No tumble dryer.
• Label: the reflective strip carries the maker's logo.

Sizes (measure at the widest point; between two sizes, go up)
