This website is operated by Pêlo ("Pêlo," "we," "us," or "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the visitor or customer. By visiting pelopets.store (the "Site") and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service," "Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink (such as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy). 4. Pet Wellness Disclaimer

Pêlo products are intended to support general calm and wellbeing in healthy adult dogs. We are not veterinarians, and nothing on this Site is veterinary advice.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any equivalent regulatory body.
  • Individual results vary. Calming products affect every dog differently and are not guaranteed to produce a specific result.
  • Always consult your veterinarian before starting any new supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, has a diagnosed medical condition, or is taking other medication.
  • Keep all products out of reach of children and animals when not in use. Discontinue use and consult your veterinarian if your dog has an adverse reaction.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for using our products as directed and for the wellbeing of your animal.

5. Hemp / CBD Products

Some Pêlo products contain hemp-derived ingredients and, where applicable, CBD. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • It is your responsibility to confirm that hemp- and CBD-containing pet products are legal to purchase, possess, and use where you live. Regulations vary by country, province, state, and territory.
  • We ship only to regions where we reasonably believe sale is permitted, and we may refuse or cancel orders to any jurisdiction where such products are restricted.
  • These products are intended for dogs only, not for human consumption.
  • You are of legal age to purchase hemp/CBD products in your jurisdiction.
  • Product certificates of analysis (COAs) and ingredient information are available on request.
