Refund policy
At Pêlo, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at pelopetcare@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
