Track My Order
Paste your tracking number to see where your order is.
- Where is my tracking number? In your shipping confirmation email, or on the order status page linked in your order confirmation. Can't find it? Email us with your name and postal code.
- How long? Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 8 to 18 business days in total. Tracking can go quiet for a few days on the way; that is normal.
- No tracking after 3 business days, or no movement for a week? Email us. We'll chase it, and if it's stuck you can choose to wait or get a full refund.
- Not arrived 30 business days after it shipped? Full refund or a free replacement, your choice.
- Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
