Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order to Canada and the United States, with no minimum spend.

Dispatch. Orders are checked and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Transit. Most orders arrive 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, so 8 to 18 business days in total from the day you order. Over the holidays it can run to 20 business days after dispatch. Our products ship from a partner facility overseas rather than a warehouse down the road, which is how the prices stay where they are, and it is why delivery takes longer than a big box store. Every order is tracked the whole way.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Where we ship. Canada and the United States only.

Delivery guarantee, counted in business days from dispatch. Customs and carrier delays do happen and they are outside our control. If your order has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, email us and we will refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. This is a separate promise from the 30 calendar day refund guarantee in our Refund Policy, which starts the day your order is delivered.
