Shipping policy

At Pêlo, we offer FREE tracked shipping on every order to the United States and Canada — no minimum spend.

 

Order processing: Orders are carefully reviewed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

 

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. During holidays or peak periods, delivery can take up to 20 business days. Because our calming products are sourced directly from our partner facilities to keep prices fair and quality high, delivery may take a little longer than a big-box store — but every order is fully tracked from door to door.

 

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

 

Where we ship: United States and Canada.

 

Delays: On rare occasions, customs or carrier delays outside our control can extend delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, just reach out — we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement, your choice.
